Message: The invitation to send pictures of the 4th of July celebration for posting on this web site is and has always been extended to people of every color who are friends of the City of Parma. To date I have posted all of the pictures that have been sent to me. The only reason why no pictures of black people have been posted is because I have received no pictures of black people. If you have pictures that you would like posted - please send them.
