Subject: Pictures of Black People
CITY: Ingleside, TX
Message: The invitation to send pictures of the 4th of July celebration for posting on
this web site is and has always been extended to people of every color who are friends of
the City of Parma. To date I have posted all of the pictures that have been sent to me.
The only reason why no pictures of black people have been posted is because I have
received no pictures of black people. If you have pictures that you would like posted -
please send them.

Subject: your web page is biased
CITY: Blaine, WA
Message: I am disapointed to see that there are no black people anywhere on your web page
when I was there myself for four months and did not meet anyone who I did see on this
page. Gosh, a person can't even say "Get with the picture - this is the nineties, you
know," anymore. Kind of sad...
