The entrance to the Community Center where many activities of the community happen.  The City Board meets in the board room the second Tuesday of every month at 5:00 PM.

The Parma Library, housed as part of the Community Center.  It is open on Tuesday and Friday afternoons.  There are lots of interesting books.
